Camp at New Canan June 14 to 17, 2019

The most things we should do is to spend the most of our time encouraging others to stand firm in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Like Paul said in

Heb 10:25 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

The purpose of the camp was purposely to strengthen the fellow brothers again where the starting of the gathering was in a high note finish with high note. The campus arrival was on Thursday and departed on Sunday Evening when the camp was closed.

 

The speaker was Ps Simon Wegon who was a former Bana and Central Bougainville Foursquare Gospel Church District Supervisor. For a long time he was rest his feet t from reaching any platform to share the Word of God, nearly in all Camps. But this time once he moved out from his comfort zone God used him mightily, where some dormant gifts of the Holy spirit were activated again where evidenced by speaking tongues. Many Christians were delivered again and gained more energy again to go extra miles again in life.

During the Camp the catering was provided by the very strong backbone ministry of The Foursquare Gospel Church. United Foursquare Women (UFW) repectively from each local churches. The echo of their ministry is really sound minding where they reach out to the short falls of the Church.

The camp was such an amazing event where refreshing from the Throne of God was so overwhelming and and everyone enjoyed the the presence of God till the end of the sessions on Sunday Evening

All in all highlight of the camp is sum up with the plan to host another camp back at Covenant Local Church in Term 3 break. All was fine and back to their respective homes without any hot issue.

Isa 40:30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;

Isa 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
